Fraudulent Postings/Illegal Vacation Rental

I’m the rightful property owner of a single family property that is being illegally listed as a vacation rental on your website. Aloha sunrise properties host does not own the property reflected in the photos and is collecting fees from innocent people looking to vacation in Maui. The host is committing fraud. I demand you immediately remove the host and vacation rental listing from your website before I take legal action against Dtravel.com for enabling this to occur. Department of commerce and consumer affairs, FBI, and state agencies have been notified of this illegal posting. I strongly advise you correct this on your end before this gets more serious.
